State opera Plovdiv is looking for an experienced piano repetiteur for a fixed term salary contract.

The main responsibilities of the position are in the operatic repertoire and include:

• Music rehearsals with singers
• Piano accompaniment of musical and stage rehearsals
• Piano accompaniment of auditions
• Assuming key services in the orchestra (concert performances)

Requirements:

• Diploma in music
• Excellent opera pianistic skills
• Knowledge of the repertoire of musical theater (opera, operetta, musical) with accent on the operas Manon Lescaut, Il barbiere di Siviglia, Tosca, Don Giovanni
• Several years of experience in working with singers
• Fluency in foreign languages such as Italian, French, English and German.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

The position is based in Plovdiv - European capital of culture 2019
