1. Develop and implement music content strategies for local market.

2. Curate music content including various songs and playlists.

3. Identify and establish key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and generating executable insights from that data.

4. Identify trending concepts of music both on TikTok and in the broader market.

5. Provide ideas for in-app music promotion showcases.

6. Manage music CMS and work with global team on a day to day basics.


1. 3+ years of experience regarding the music industry, content management, media or marketing.

2. Deep understanding of music genres and music trends in the market. Strong connection with the local music community would be preferred.

3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Familiar with using data to produce reports on content performance.

4. Familiar with short video products and their content eco-system.

5. Excellent communication skills and ready for working in a global company.

6. Fluent in English.
