Announces audition for
Principal Flute
Permanent position
Starting 1.11.2019 or by agreement
Obligation to play piccolo flute
The audition will take place at Finnish National Opera on
Monday, October 14th and Tuesday, October 15th, 2019
Salary range 3850,52–4562,53 €/month (and 4% recording compensation plus instrument allowance and costume allowance in accordance with collective agreement)
Required pieces:
1. W.A.Mozart: Flute Concerto in G, K 313 / 285c 1st and 2nd mvts. (without cadenzas)
OR
W.A.Mozart: Flute Concerto D, K 314 / 285d 1st and 2nd mvts. (without cadenzas)
2. Henri Dutilleux: Sonatine
3. Jacques Ibert: Flute Concerto, 2nd mvt.
4. Orchestra excerpts which will be sent after closing date to candidates selected for the audition.
An accompanist will be provided but candidates may bring their own if they so desire.
