Филармонический оркестр имени Яначека объявляет прослушивание в Международную оркестровую академию (IOA). Международная оркестровая академия (IOA) подходит для студентов и выпускников программ музыкального исполнения на университетском уровне. Стажировка не оплачивается, поэтому настоятельно рекомендуется для получателей Erasmus +. Стажеры получат практический опыт работы в профессиональном оркестре, принимая участие в большинстве оркестровых выступлений (концерты по подписке, гастрольные проекты как на местном, так и на международном уровне).

Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra announces audition for its

International Orchestral Academy (IOA). Please note that there is no financial reward whatsoever from the orchestra towards the Academy member! Janáček Philharmonic, based in Ostrava, is one of the leading symphonic orchestras of the Czech Republic. Long orchestral tradition, typical bohemian sound and progressive repertoire are very much praised both by local audience and international reviewers. The orchestra´s chief conductor is Vassily Sinaisky, the orchestra has invited guest conductors such as Cristian Măcelaru, Petr Popelka, Lionel Bringuier, Daniel Raiskin, Lukasz Borowicz, Risto Joost, Gabriel Bebeselea, Dimitrij Jurowsky and soloists such as Sergei Babayan, Steven Isserlis, Alena Baeva, Johannes Moser and Frederico Colli.

The International Orchestral Academy (IOA) is suitable especially for students and graduates of music performance programmes at university level. The internship is unpaid is hence highly recommended for Erasmus+ recipients.

Trainees will gain hands-on orchestral experience in professional orchestra, taking part in most of the orchestra performances (subscription concerts, touring projects both locally and internationally).

Application deadline for 2021-22 season is 25th April 2021 (result will be announced to each applicant by mail by 15th May 2021).

Terms of enrollment for 2021-22 season (you will be able to mark your preference in the application):

• Autumn semester 2021: 23.08.2021 – 31.01.2022
• Spring semester 2022: 31.01.2022 – 30.6.2022
• Whole season 2021-22: 23.08.2021 – 30.6.2022

b) excerpts from 2 contrast movements from solo composition ad libitum (max 10min)
